This training is tailored to the needs of the delegates in the room. We begin with the assumption of a zero-knowledge base, then take attendees step-by-step through the core concepts and calculations – progressing from the basics of employees’ tax and personal tax computations to more complex benefits and payroll scenarios. Over the two days, we work through approximately 50 – 60 practical calculations, ensuring delegates can confidently apply the rules in real life.
Unlike theory-only sessions, delegates walk away with the ability to perform actual employees’ tax calculations and verifications, including understanding how and why the numbers move from one scenario to the next. This creates a strong foundation for payroll accuracy, internal controls, and meaningful conversations with employees and advisors.
You are encouraged to register your wider HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. The workshop is intentionally run as a collaborative, co-learning environment, with a strong emphasis on true knowledge transfer and practical problem-solving. We have even had Managing Directors attend!
