Being virtual and free to attend via Zoom, the session serves as an appetiser ahead of SAIT’s annual Tax Indaba in September. It will include six sessions led by Keith Engel (CEO of SAIT), who was a key role player in National Treasury for over a decade in re-shaping South Africa’s tax laws, towards being more internationally favourable.
This year, SAIT is collaborating with government bodies, leading professional services firms, and expert speakers of note to bring you an up-to-date topical tax event of the year, held under the theme ‘The Uneven Path to Recovery’.
This session promises to be highly practical, dealing with real-world case studies, the importance of a strong international network, leading edge considerations, and debunking the sales tactics sometimes used by unregulated providers.
