He holds both an LLB and LLM degree, specialising in International Tax and Business Law. Jashwin has 6 years of legal experience in various aspects of South African and international law.
He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with both practical litigation and consulting experience. He has worked in law firms focusing on dealing with litigation and commercial disputes.
Jashwin moved from the pure practice of law to the consulting industry and has entrenched himself within tax law, specifically dealing with the elements of cross-border taxation, corporate incorporations and compliance, and international regulatory applications.
Esmarie Swanepoel
Mrs. Esmarie Swanepoel holds a Diploma in Commercial Law from SAILS, South Africa, a Diploma in Psychology, and a Certificate in Corporate Strategy from the University of London.
She attended a refresher course in AML & ATF from Temple Professional ACAMS Curriculum and counts 8 years in the Legal and Financial Services Sector in Mauritius.
She has been following various courses (Diploma in Fintech for Financial Services from the University of Singapore) and workshops; and has a vast knowledge and great expertise in the use of technology within the legal and financial services industry.
Ashia Wahedally
Mrs. Ashia Wahedally is the Compliance and Administration Manager within Temple Corporate Services. She is also the approved officer to exercise as Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the Company.
She has a baggage of experience in the Financial Services Industry coupled with skills in Banking, Company Secretarial Work and Fund Administration.
Another string to her bow is that she is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a Financial Crime Expert.
