During our last visit we attended the SAFFA Festival where many South Africans expressed their interest in some of our key topics. We are excited to announce that our respective tax and immigration divisions are planning to visit the Isle of Man for an in-person event.

The upcoming in-person event will be aimed at those who have moved to the Isle of Man from South Africa. The key focus will be on understanding their current position regarding their tax affairs in South Africa, tax residency, double taxation, updates on recent SARS changes, and what is the corrective approaches that can be considered.
We will also be addressing residency and visa concerns where we will guide SAFFAs living abroad by providing a roadmap according to their immigration needs. We will cover topics such as obtaining the relevant permit access to the country and the possibility of Indefinite Leave to Remain.
